Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Period:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Opened or used items (e.g.- shoes, or equipment that shows signs of wear).
  • Gift cards or downloadable content.

4. How to Return an Item:

  • Please contact our customer service team via [email protected] to initiate a return.
  • You will be provided with a return authorization number and return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days.
  • We will arrange a return and send a replacement or offer a full refund.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only processed for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

7. Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
